Well, maybe I was a bit too hasty in that last post. It appears that journalists have a certain amount of credibility. Maybe even more credibility then becoming a member of the Union of Concerned Scientists for twenty dollars. Of course, I have promised to not take advantage of this "status" on this blog. Besides, the ruling specifically applied to a certain group of blogs. So now the FEC may have to figure out how to deal with that bizarre feature of the internet, the alter-ego.
